This yarn is not exciting at all...

We recently brought in Ella Rae Classic Wool- even the name is not exciting. BUT this yarn is perfect for so many projects. It is a 100% wool that comes in lots of colors. It's a worsted weight that knits up to 20 stitches over 4 inches on US 7 needles. It's soft but sturdy and has good stitch definition. It's also a great price. We've started with 12 colors but we'll be adding more. You can use this yarn for sweaters, hats, gloves, felted bags or slippers, blankets and more.
Here are some pattern suggestions for this yarn.

I talked about the Sailor Slippers in a previous email. I think these are super cute. Classic Wool would be perfect for this project. Mix and match colors to make the stripes and contrast cuff. These are felted, so you need a 100% wool yarn. The pattern is available in the store and on Ravelry.

Humulus from Isabell Kraemer is a beautiful sweater. Use Classic Wool and a ball or two of Reggae Ombre for the colorwork in the yoke and you'll have a sweater you can wear for years to come. The pattern is available in the store and on Ravelry.

The Men's Classic Raglan pullover from Jane Richmond is a classic design - perfect for Classic Wool. This sweater will knit up quickly for your favorite guy or male presenting person in your life. The pattern is available in the store and on Ravelry.

There are so many wonderful blanket patterns for worsted weight yarn. If you've been in the shop you'll have seen the crocheted Hygge Burst blanket that I made. I loved making this. It was a really fun project. Classic Wool would be great for this blanket. You can make it any size you want by adjusting the number of squares you make. We can always order more colors if you need something specific or if you're trying to match a color scheme.
