A Year of Sweaters 2027 - Knitting Classes

Join us for a year-long knitting adventure in 2027! Together, we’ll knit four sweaters over twelve months. Each sweater has a different stitch technique, so you will practice stranded colorwork, Intarsia, slipped stitches and steeking! You can choose which of the four sweaters you want to make—knit all four or select just the ones that inspire you most. Read my blog post here to check out all of the designs I've chosen for next year! This listing is for the Sweater #1 class only.
For each sweater we will meet twice. Sign up for each sweater you want to make. Sweater #1 is a top-down, raglan in all-over colorwork in a Sport/DK weight yarn. We are making the Gytha pullover by Amy Gunderson. We will meet Saturdays, January 16 and February 20 from 2-4 pm. Join us in person or via Zoom.
After you register for the class, we will send you a list of the materials you'll need and a coupon for 10% off the cost of the supplies. We require that you use materials purchased at Yarn.
We'll start Sweater #2 in April. Dates and registration will be available in February.
