Do you love tweed yarn? The new Waterway Tweed from Tributary Yarns is a super soft Shaniko wool yarn that is marled with bright, multi-colored nubs. The wool is a U.S. merino wool. This yarn is perfect for hats, cowls, shawls and sweaters. 

  • 89% Shaniko wool, 11% Acrylic/Rayon nubs
  • each 100 gram skein has approximately 220 yards
  • 18-20 stitches equals 4" on US 7-8 needles
  • hand dyed in the shop!
  • hand wash, lay flat to dry

Beautiful yarn

Absolutely beautiful yarn! Colors are amazing, so rich and deep. I’m alternating skeins so the colors blend together. The tweed neps are fun and subtle. The yarn is soft and nice to work with and wear.
