The limited edition Tributary Yarns color of the month for Octobber is here. It is called April's Textiles. This color was inspired by the local textile artist, April Sproule. April makes beautiful collages with fabric, thread and stencils. This color was inspired by one of her pieces. It is a moody blend of pale terracotta, burgundy, blue and orange. We have two options for this color our Stream Sock base or the River Silk and Merino base.

  • Stream Sock base is 85% Superwash Merino and 15% nylon.
  • Each 100 gram skein has 394 yards (360 meters).
  • The gauge is 28 stitches equals 4 inches on size US 1-3 needles.
  • River Silk is 70% Superwash Merino and 30% silk
  • Each 3.5 oz. skein has 438 yards (400 meters)
  • The gauge is 28 stitches equals 4 inches on size US 3-5 needles
