Description

The limited edition Tributary Yarns color of the month for March is here! We dye this beautiful yarn in house in the Stream Sock 2.0 base. The color this month is called Love in a Mist. The colors reminded us of the flower of the same name. The tonal blend of avocado, sea green and aqua with splashes of turquoise and speckles of dark green and violet feels especially calming and soothing.

  • Stream Sock base is 85% Superwash Merino and 15% nylon.
  • Each 100 gram skein has 394 yards (360 meters).
  • The gauge is 28 stitches equals 4 inches on size US 1-3 needles.

Absolutely gorgeous colors and really lovely squishy yarn!

Loved it, the base was so squishy and soft, just made my first pair of socks out of it. The colors blended beautifully and I had enough left over. I think I will use them in another pair as well.

Hard to Resist Tributary Yarn

I’ve loved this yarn from its earliest days and I have a lot of it in my stash. This month’s color of the month, Deep in the Forest, got my attention and I plan to knit a jumper for myself. Using Tributary yarn a few years ago, I knitted an Andrea Mowrey design for my sister. It turned out great. I’m thinking I’ll knit the exact same one with this purchase.
