This pattern is a modification of a pattern by Sandi Rosner. The original pattern was written for a fingering weight yarn that is no longer available. I changed the gauge to use a heavier weight yarn and larger needles. The pattern is worked using one skein of solid and one skein of self striping yarn, which makes it look like you’ve done something more complicated than you have. It’s so cozy and so pretty!
We recommend one ball of Silk Garden from Noro and one skein of Merino Worsted from Malabrigo.
Be sure to check your gauge! You might need to go down a needle size.
