I have still not received a gift card. My understanding was that it would be sent as a separate email. I checked my inbox, junk mail, trash (in case I accidentally deleted it)—nothing. So no, I’m not satisfied. And I seem to remember I was supposed to get a bonus gift card. Also not received!
