Let me show you how to plan your year and then break things down by month, week and day. I'll show you how to set attainable goals and we'll talk about the difference between goals and tasks. I'll also give you tools to figure out how to decide which projects deserve your focus and which do not. You'll want to bring a bullet journal or other calendar/planner with you.
